TERMS OF SERVICE (Black Friday Deals)

Black Friday Website Deals – Terms of Service
Effective Date: [28 November 2025 – 30 November 2025]

By purchasing a Black Friday special from House of Banza in partnership with The Tech Guru, you agree to the following terms:

1. LIMITED-TIME OFFER

These deals are valid for purchases made during the Black Friday promotion period only. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. INCLUDED SERVICES

The following packages include 1 month of service:

  • R50 Web Hosting
    Includes domain registration and up to 1GB storage.
    Hosting only — client is responsible for supplying their own website files.

  • R100 Simple Site
    Up to 5 pages, hosting, and a domain included.

  • R150 Advanced Site
    More than 5 pages, hosting, and a domain included.

  • R250 Online Store Setup
    5+ pages, 10 free product uploads, hosting, and domain included.

3. SERVICE PERIOD

The promotional price covers the first month.
To keep the website active after the initial month, clients must subscribe to one of the regular plans:

  • Starter: R200 per month or R1200 per year

  • Business: R300 per month or R2300 per year

  • E-Commerce: R500 per month or R3100 per year

If the client does not renew, the website and hosting services will be deactivated after the first month.

4. SECURE NOW, USE LATER

Clients may purchase the Black Friday deal and choose to use it at a later time (e.g., January). Payment secures the discounted rate.

5. PROJECT PROCESS

After payment, House of Banza will schedule a meeting to:

  • Discuss the website type and requirements

  • Gather content, images, and branding from the client

  • Confirm the build schedule (average build time: ±1 week if all content is supplied on time)

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients must provide all necessary content, including (but not limited to):

  • Text

  • Images

  • Product information

  • Branding/logo files

Delays in content submission may delay project completion.

7. REVISIONS

Black Friday deals include 1 revision round.
Additional changes may incur extra fees.

8. REFUNDS

Due to the heavily discounted nature of these promotions, all Black Friday purchases are non-refundable.

9. DOMAIN & HOSTING

Domains included in the packages are valid for the duration of the 1-month promotional period. Continued domain renewal occurs under the annual plan if the client extends service.
